Design consultation

A free online consultation so we can get to know your project, and you can get to know our work and what we can offer you. We will also provide you a quote for your project following this meeting.

DESIGN CONCEPT

A customized design concept created just for you. This includes a customized mood board, furniture concept board, Finishes concept board, and images from a 3D model to represent the design of your space.

Detailed Design Services

construction estimates

We can contact our preferred vendors on your behalf to provide estimates for the construction of your project.

Drawings

Detailed drawings for customized millwork, reflected ceiling design intent plan and other specialized drawings

Renderings

Photo realistic renderings are also available if you need it for a presentation, marketing material or anything in between.

aesthetic branding services

Give your story an aesthetic brand that helps inform your website, logo and digital platforms. This includes a color palette and inspirational images of style and personality traits that identifies who you are as a company.

A detailed shopping list with pricing, vendor, product links for items including furniture, accessories, lighting and plants for you to self procure and install.

A detailed list with vendor, product and contact information for appliances and finish materials for you or your contractor to procure and install.

Let’s take a deep dive into your company culture, working habits and see how we can help you work more efficiently together. We will interview different teams and create a bespoke space that helps your teams work efficiently together.

Coordination Services

We can provide procurement services for you that include purchasing, storage coordination and installation.

consultant coordination

Let us coordinate with your architect, millworker, general contractor, painter …etc to make sure the design concept is executed correctly to our intent.

construction administration

We will attend all meetings related to design, and make sure all matters related to design is clearly communicated with your contractors, subcontractors and architect.

Site Visits

We will provide visits to sites to make sure everything is progressing accordingly to plan and no surprises arise from construction that is inconsistent with the design

staging

We will be there to make sure all furniture is installed per our design and put on the finishing touches like fluffing the pillow and decorating accessories.
